The Sustainability Shake Up
My idea started with having a day ‘off timetable’ for a small group of students. We were to visit a sustainable business in the morning and then the students decided how we spent the remainder of the day (I didn’t have a plan!). The students said that we should ‘shake things up’ more often and visit more sustainable business in London… and so evolved my ‘Sustainability Shake Up’ pitch!
