Inspire your community to embrace change

I am passionate about moving people from where they are now to somewhere they have not been before. Schools, Universities and organizations which want to encourage their learners to think and act as change agents should keep in mind that one of the hardest tasks is convincing your environment or community to join in and support you. This is due to the fact that we as humans like to stay in our comfort zone, because it feels safe.
I want to encourage others to use narratives and visualizations to give your community the experience of your idea or endeavor. Visualizations are often better memorable and can help you win the hearts and minds of your community.
And last but not least, its more fun and inspiring to talk about „which speedboat are you on?“ or „which mountain are you about to climb?“ rather than „which problem are you trying to solve?“.
