1 thought on “Growing Marigolds”
The fact of how vital teacher training is, cannot be ignored. While working in a space that involved spending time with children and becoming a part of their growth by observing them closely made me realize that although it is crucial to bring your own element in explaining things, it is equally important to have the whole team on the same page. Knowing just enough wouldn’t help and won’t make a robust system. Having strong foundation is an essential aspect while bringing in innovative ways of learning.
Thanks for sharing. Good luck in creating lots of marigolds 🙂
